Project Manager / Sales Lead
We're looking for someone to lead client relationships from first conversation through project delivery. This is a leadership role — you'll drive new business development, manage ongoing client accounts, and oversee project timelines and budgets.
What You'll Do
- Identify and close new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Own client relationships end-to-end — onboarding, communication, and satisfaction
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables across the team
- Collaborate with designers and developers to translate client goals into actionable plans
- Track project profitability and report on pipeline metrics
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in project management, account management, or sales at a digital agency or similar
- Strong communication skills — you can talk to business owners and technical teams equally well
- Experience with project management tools (Linear, Asana, Notion, etc.)
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ownership
- Bonus: experience in automotive, manufacturing, or skilled trades industries
Web Designer / Developer Intern
Great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience building real websites and applications for real clients. You'll work directly with our team on design, development, and deployment.
What You'll Do
- Assist with building and maintaining client websites using modern frameworks
- Create responsive layouts from design mockups
- Help with content updates, bug fixes, and QA testing
- Learn and apply SEO best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
- Participate in code reviews and team standups
What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Interest in React, Next.js, or modern front-end frameworks
- Basic understanding of responsive design and version control (Git)
- Eagerness to learn and take feedback constructively
- Portfolio or personal projects a plus — we care more about curiosity than credentials
